The leader in manufacturing analytics, Northwest Analytics, has an immediate opening for a Sales Development Representative to join its expanding direct-sales team.
This position plays a key role in initiating contact with and actively engaging new-business prospects. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify, contact and build rapport with influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities through outbound calling activities and responding to inbound interest.
With success in the position, you will also have the opportunity for professional growth and the ability to pursue an Account Management role at the company.
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives through phone outreach and e-mail follow up activities
Act as first point of contact for new business prospects and determine next steps to move each through the sales funnel
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
2 - 4 years of relevant B2B sales development experience
Proven record of making consistent volumes of outbound calls each day and actively engaging with prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Demonstrated ability to work independently
