The Automation Conference & Expo is the leading peer-to-peer educational and networking event for industrial automation professionals. NWA Customer Jim Lagrant of Palmer Foundry will speak on "Uniting the Business Around Process Analysis Data". Mr. Lagrant is vice president of engineering at Palmer Foundry. He has 20 years’ experience in process engineering, controls design, programming and automated process data acquisition. He has worked on diverse range of products from high performance materials, food processing, wire and cable and now aluminum castings. While at Palmer Foundry, Jim developed and led continuous improvement strategies for processes, equipment and facilities. These projects were completed with an emphasis on information-driven controls and decision making. This systemic approach to process monitoring and data flow has helped set Palmer Foundry apart from its competitors; and the ability to share this information allows the foundry to meet the demands of its customers which require proof of stable and capable processes.
