Peter Guilfoyle, CEO & President Peter Guilfoyle is responsible for all operating aspects of the company. For the past 18 years, he has been recognized for his innovative and results-oriented approach to all aspects of the marketing continuum. Mr. Guilfoyle has a broad background related to the utilization of technology solutions by companies to improve performance and lower risk. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with global companies in more than 40 countries to increase profitability through the application of technologies to address operational shortfalls. Before joining Northwest Analytics, Mr. Guilfoyle was Vice President of Marketing and a member of the Executive Management Team for Coaxis, Inc, where he delivered record-breaking growth every year. Prior to Coaxis, Mr. Guilfoyle held increasingly senior marketing roles at Intel Corporation, Xerox and Tektronix, generating similar results. |

Louis K. Halvorsen, Chief Technology Officer Mr. Halvorsen is responsible for overseeing the design, development and support of NWA’s software products, and manages the company’s highly-regarded technical support group. Since joining NWA in 1982, he has led the teams responsible for the development of NWA Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions. He has also assisted numerous NWA clients in developing strategies for the successful implementation of their manufacturing and quality information systems. Prior to joining NWA, Mr. Halvorsen held management and technical positions in the analytical instrumentation field and worked in research and quality control as an industrial chemist. He holds a B.S. from Oregon State University and is currently serving on the ISA S95 Standards Committee. |

Josh Shupp, Vice President of Customer Success Josh Shupp is responsible for ensuring customers achieve success with the Northwest Analytics suite of products as quickly as possible. Mr. Shupp has 15 years of experience in enterprise software strategy, sales, design and management; the last five years working at Northwest Analytics in various roles within sales strategy and solutions management. He is an expert at developing and managing complex process analytics projects working with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization while guiding customers through implementations that produce results. Prior to joining Northwest Analytics, he was the President of SOS Corporation, a healthcare industry software company. Josh graduated from the University of South Florida. |

Tara Sybrant, Vice President of Marketing Tara Sybrant is responsible for all marketing programs, brand management and events for Northwest Analytics. Ms. Sybrant has more than 18 years of progressive experience in the technology industry developing brand strategy, lead generation and account-based marketing with a proven ability to leverage industry trends, customer insights and competitive analysis to develop brands. Before joining Northwest Analytics, Ms. Sybrant was the Marketing manager for Real Pro Systems, a real estate technology company, where she delivered record-breaking growth every year. Ms. Sybrant holds a B.S. from the University of Oregon. |

Clifford S.L. Yee, Chairman of the Board Mr. Yee served as NWA's President & CEO until early 2010 when he handed the reins to Mr. Ward. Before joining NWA, Mr. Yee founded and was President of Advanced Technologies, an engineering firm providing systems integration for government-related industries. Previous to leading Advanced Technologies, Mr. Yee served as President & CEO of CADIC, Inc., a test and measurement electronics firm. He also served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Engineer for Schwitzer Household International and as a Project Engineer for General Electric. Mr. Yee holds five U.S. Patents on engine cooling and was a recipient of the Center for Leadership Development's Distinguished Award. |
