Bob Ward, Chief Executive Officer Bob Ward is responsible for all operating aspects of the company. Prior to joining NWA, Bob was the co-founder and managing partner of Capybara Ventures, a venture captical firm specializing in high-growth technology investments. Previously, Mr. Ward was founder and CEO of Acclivity Photonics, a venture-backed company based in Silicon Valley. While in the Valley, Mr. Ward was also a senior member of the Light Path Technologies team that went public in 1996. Mr. Ward currently sits on the Board of Directors of Clinicient and Phoseon Technologies. He is actively engaged in the Portland high-technology community including committee positions with the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum, Oregon Biotechnology Association, Portland State University Science and Industry, and Oregon Forum.

Jim Petrusich, Vice President of Sales Jim Petrusich is responsible for all global customer engagements and partner sales management, including value-added resellers system integrators. Mr. Petrusich has a deep background in technology sales and international business development. For the last several years he has worked on very large global infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Northwest Analytics, Mr. Petrusich spent four years as Vice President of Sales and Service for Planar Systems. Prior to being acquired by Planar, he was Vice President of Sales for Clarity Visual Systems. He grew sales from $28 Million in 2004 to $70 Million in 2006, and established the #1 market share position in North America. Mr. Petrusich also held several sales leadership roles at the Xerox Corporation over a 20 year period. |

T. Olin Nichols, Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Nichols is responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources and treasury functions for the Company. Before joining NWA, Mr. Nichols was CFO with Melodeo, Inc., a mobile software provider that was successfully sold to HP. Prior to Melodeo, he was CFO with GoDigital Networks and Synergy Semiconductor. Besides Melodeo, Mr. Nichols has created liquidity events for two other VC-backed companies merging them with public firms. He has the experience and background to manage NWA's financial house during this period of growth. Mr. Nichols also holds a B.S.M.E. and MBA from the University of Washington.

Louis K. Halvorsen, Chief Technology Officer Mr. Halvorsen is responsible for overseeing the design, development and support of NWA’s software products, and manages the company’s highly-regarded technical support group. Since joining NWA in 1982, he has led the teams responsible for the development of NWA Manufacturing Intelligence Solutions. He has also assisted numerous NWA clients in developing strategies for the successful implementation of their manufacturing and quality information systems. Prior to joining NWA, Mr. Halvorsen held management and technical positions in the analytical instrumentation field and worked in research and quality control as an industrial chemist. He holds a B.S. from Oregon State University and is currently serving on the ISA S95 Standards Committee. |

Peter Guilfoyle, Vice President of Marketing From market strategy creation to channel partner development and program execution, Mr. Guilfoyle is responsible for all aspects of marketing for Northwest Analytics. For the past 18 years, he has been recognized for his innovative and results-oriented approach to all aspects of the marketing continuum. Before joining Northwest Analytics, Mr. Guilfoyle was Vice President of Marketing and a member of the Executive Management Team for Coaxis, Inc, where he delivered record-breaking growth every year. Prior to Coaxis, Mr. Guilfoyle held increasingly senior marketing roles at Intel Corporation, Xerox and Tektronix, generating similar results. |

Clifford S.L. Yee, Chairman of the Board Mr. Yee served as NWA's President & CEO until early 2010 when he handed the reins to Mr. Ward. Before joining NWA, Mr. Yee founded and was President of Advanced Technologies, an engineering firm providing systems integration for government-related industries. Previous to leading Advanced Technologies, Mr. Yee served as President & CEO of CADIC, Inc., a test and measurement electronics firm. He also served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Engineer for Schwitzer Household International and as a Project Engineer for General Electric. Mr. Yee holds five U.S. Patents on engine cooling and was a recipient of the Center for Leadership Development's Distinguished Award. |
