Northwest Analytics, a leading manufacturing intelligence solutions provider, announced today the recent expansion of their Shanghai-based China operations center.

In the face of growing demand across China for its SPC and other manufacturing analytics solutions, NWA moved into an expanded facility to accommodate the recently added technical, operational and sales staff. Located at Tongpu High Technology Zone in Shanghai, NWA’s new site provides five times more office and meeting space than the old location, enabling additional localized product development and support activity.

“Our China operations have grown significantly in the past two years,” noted NWA CEO Robert Ward. “This move is significant not only in terms of supporting growing sales, but also the growing requests for market-specific product configurations and training.”

In conjunction with the new operations center, NWA has hired additional in-country development, training, marketing and sales personnel as in-country and regional demand for the NWA product line has recently doubled.

NWA Vice President of Marketing Peter Guilfoyle said, “The expanded Northwest Analytics commitment to the China manufacturing market reflects not only its growth in the world market, but also the strong demand in NWA’s manufacturing intelligence and SPC solutions from both large, Chinese companies and multinationals with China-based operations or suppliers.”
